Hi, I'm Hazel °‧𓆝 𓆟 𓆞·｡
I'm a music psychology researcher, equal parts scientist & dreamer,
exploring what happens in our minds when we listen to music
— the connections, relations, images, stories, memories, and
created worlds that music influences, shapes, and colours.
My dream is to re-inject curiosity into the empirical study of imagination,
finding a way to better respect it's wonder, weirdness, and whimsy
rather than flattening it into tidy explanations.
Follow my research ventures, uncovering glimpses of imagination and its
relational encounters between ourselves, music, others, and our shared worlds.

The joy is not in possessing the fish, but in the act of fishing itself — the thrill of discovery, the dance with the unknown, and the shared indulgence in what we catch together.
Creativity is a vast ocean teeming with ideas, curiosity is the best bait, but a full net is always better reeled in with others.
